Strengthening Global Relationships
Lee Ann Moore has held executive roles in finance, outsourcing and consulting firms throughout her career. As Chief Marketing Officer, she is in charge of the firm’s global brand, marketing and communications initiatives.
Before joining EquaTerra, Lee Ann established an independent consulting firm analyzing the evolving market of technologies and processes used to manage complex IT and BPO outsourced relationships. The firm also developed market strategy and business plans for emerging companies to successfully launch their business and raise private equity.
Prior to that, she was chief strategy officer at a procurement outsourcing and consulting firm, a subsidiary of SourceNet Solutions, a finance and accounting outsourcing firm. There, she led the functional and technology development teams for strategic sourcing, procurement and payment solutions in SAP R/3 and web-based applications. She was also responsible for market strategy, client solution design and internal IT.
Earlier at SourceNet, she served in a variety of client-facing leadership roles including: sales; process evaluation and design; financial case development; implementation – transitioning clients internal process to external service delivery models; and procure-to-pay solution design. Internal roles included responsibility for marketing and alliances, mergers and acquisitions due diligence, and interim HR director.
