Comfortable with Complex Solutions
David brings more than 25 years of IT management experience to EquaTerra, including managing SAP and PeopleSoft implementations, operational logistics, creative systems development and working with various leading edge technologies.
He has extensive experience in assessing the competency of an IT organization, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing complex solutions, including outsourcing, system implementation, organizational redesign and process improvement.
Prior to joining EquaTerra, David served as senior vice president of administration and chief information officer for Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Rhode Island. There he managed the outsourcing of most IT operations and the full claims processing function; developed and directed an outsourcing governance team to oversee the outsourcing agreement, and implemented an HRIS system as part of re-engineering the HR operation.
When he is away from the office, David enjoys golfing with his wife, now that they are empty nesters.
